Omelette with Tomatoes and Toast

A heat wave is hitting Korea recently and a lot of people struggle with this heat everyday.
Even we could not sleep well without an air conditioner 😅😅
I try to make some food for myself for health and save some money.
Today I cook omelette with toast and put some tomatoes with it for lunch. Sometimes I am too lazy to cook but this is very simple and easy to cook.

My new Tumbler : Blue Bottle Tumbler

After lunch, I went for a walk and got to CoffeBean to get some beverage. I wanted to have a coffee but I try to have less coffee recently, so I chose a tea. My choice was Swedish Berries which is my favorite tea :) I used my new tumbler and I saved 300won as a cup discount. I decided to use a tumbler instead of a plastic cup to save environment. And I feel much more better with it!

His passionate call for attendees to critically examine their beliefs and the teachings of Shincheonji resonated deeply. Many pastors, who once viewed the church as a cult, found themselves reflecting on their own practices and acknowledging the gaps in their understanding of biblical teachings...
